Dear Brother

It is with a sorrowful heart that I write you a few lines to inform you and all my Brothers and sisters of the death of our beloved sister Janetta she died on the 22nd day of this month at half after Eleven you Recollect I told you in letter of last Sunday.  She had a hard chill that morning.  I hardly know what disease she died of she was boted [?] in her body and lost the use of one of her legs I think she was parlised in her right side some time before she died, she was violently bad from the time she was taken.  Every thing was done that could be done, but to no effect she never spoke of her business at any time during sickness and I can't how her business will be settled.  Alex is living in the house
